A. Under this scheme, a financial assistance shall be granted to the selected applicants through the prescribed process. This assistance shall be for skill development programs in various areas of expertise leading to their placements.
The target of these skill development training programs shall be to hone the job skills of the candidate, thus aiding in their placement or self employment post these trainings.
A. The applicant should belong to Kapu, Balija, Telaga and Ontari communities.
Gajula Balija and Setti Balija communities from Rayalaseema region are eligible.
Turupu Kapu and Gajula Kapu communities are not eligible. Applicants from Reddy community from Nellore, Chittoor, Kadapa, Ananthapuramu and Kurnool district with kapu caste certificates issued by Tahsildhar are not eligible.
The applicant should belong to a family with income of Rs. 6.00 lakhs and below or white ration card holding.
Eligibility for non-placement guaranteed programmes shall be white ration card holding.
The eligible educational qualification varies from course to course.
The applicant should not have availed himself/ herself of any amount under any other Government scheme for similar training programmes
A. You will need to register as a candidate first. Upon registering you will be directed to login and complete your personal profile.
Once you have created your profile, you will need to select the category.
a. Placement guaranteed training's through training partners (Registrations opened).
b. Placement guaranteed training's through corporate partners (Registrations not opened).
c. Trade oriented self-employment trainings (Registrations not opened).
d. Direct Placements through Placement agencies in Job Melas (Registrations not opened).
A candidate can choose any one of the categories under A B and C and He/She can apply for Job Melas irrespective of registrations under A, B and C.
Immediately after registration, you will be notified through mobile message with application ID.
Candidates have to login and choose the training programmes as mentioned in A, B and C categories as per the template attached for different courses. Each Training partner wise course wise template shows the duration of course, Educational qualification, Date of commencement of course and Expected CTC.
Candidates with incomplete profiles will not be able to apply for the programmes offered.
Academic percentages are not a constraint for the candidates registration.
Candidates have to choose courses which are available for registration as per course schedule.
Registration for courses will be done on first come first serve basis.
Registration for courses will be closed if all allotted slots are filled. However, additional registrations up to 20% will be allowed to fill the drop out slots.
A. Candidates credentials viz Caste, Income, Aadhar and Date of Birth will be verified by the Corporation and sent to the respective training partners for shortlisting. Ineligible candidates will be summarily rejected.
If you have not been shortlisted for the program by the training partner you have applied for, you will be notified and directed to apply for other programs. At any given time you may apply for 1 program only.
If shortlisted, you will be sent an interview invitation via email. The invitation will contain details of the interview.
You are required to either accept or reject the invitation within the time prescribed, indicating your preference to attend the interview.
After the prescribed time, the system will register that you have rejected the invitation.
Once you’re under the process of selection, you will not be able to apply for other programs.
You are required to appear for mandatory screening test in respect of some courses and the training partner may reject your candidature basis your performance in screening test.
If you have attended the interview and have been selected, you will be sent an offer email along with mobile SMS indicating that you have been selected for a program. You will be directed to either accept or reject the offer within the time prescribed by the corporate. After the prescribed time, the system will register that you have rejected the offer If you have not attended the interview and/or not been selected, you will be sent a notification directing you to apply for other programs available.
The candidates eligibility to participate in the training courses of various training partners is purely based on the training partners eligibility criteria and APSKWDCL shall not play any role in the selection process.
A. All courses are totally subsidised and candidates need not pay anything to the institute.
Rs. 5000/- shall be granted to each student per month (if not included in the coaching centre fees), credited to their bank account at monthly intervals as lodging and boarding expenses. This shall be based on 75% attendance through Bio-metric attendance and course completion.
A. The Corporation has empanelled training partners and corporates for placement guaranteed training programmes. Payments to training partners in respect of placement guaranteed trainings will be linked to their following placement percentage.
a. Less than 25% are placed, no payment will be made.
b. 25% or more are placed, 50% payment will be made.
c. 50% or more are placed, 75% payment will be made.
d. 75% or more are placed, 100% payment will be made.
Minimum salaries envisaged are as follows.
a.Rs 7,500 per month of 12th pass candidates and diploma holders.
b.Rs 10,000 per month for Non-Technical Graduates (Bsc, BA, Bcom, etc).
c. Rs 15,000 per month for Technical Graduates (MBA, BTech, MTech, etc).
However, the candidates have to follow the training modules and clear the mandatory process.
